I accidentally cut my hand while preparing dinner and couldn't control the bleeding. Knowing Fast Track was close by and open late, I went over immediately without an appointment. I was greeted immediately upon entry and guided through the check in process. The doctor and nurse were very professional and friendly, providing the information I needed on next steps and what symptoms I should watch for.I'm very glad Fast Track is in Kensington and able to treat acute injuries with kindness and care.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near.Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible.Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too.Definitely will recommend.

The staff and the doctor were amazingly on top of things and were friendly. Very efficient and smoothly run. Called Monday morning and got a pre-op appointment for one hour later, an involved process with cardiogram and bloodwork, which took no longer than 40 including sign-in. Very personable staff, but that's a two-way street; I'm personable. So the appointment was actually fun (partly because I was not feeling ill or dicy).

For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front.Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room…Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease..I’m certain we will be back if the need arises.

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

Arrived and checked in at 11:01am for my appointment which was at 11:00am. Every single walk in on the virtual waiting list went in before me (5 parties).I sat in the waiting room until just before 1pm (maybe 12:55 or so- im not exactly sure— my other time stamps are by texts i sent to my boyfriend updating him). I was then immediately greeted by a friendly tech in the exam room who took my vitals and started the testing appropriate for my problem. Then I sat in the exam room with no updates from 1:03pm until 1:57pm when the doctor finally came in. I was out the door with all my paperwork at 2:06pm. Why offer appointments when I’m going to be stuck in the clinic for 3+ hours anyway? I may as well have gone to the ER.
